Must-have
7+ years UAS systems engineering experience
Active US Secret security clearance required
Proficiency in SysML, DoDAF, or similar modeling tools
Experience with MIL-STD-882E and ARP-4754A standards
Ability to lead System Requirements Review and Critical Design Review
Nice-to-have
Expertise in avionics, propulsion, or communications systems
Experience with Cameo MagicDraw or Rhapsody software
Familiarity with Digital Engineering workflows and Teamwork Cloud
Demonstrated high ownership across the end-to-end lifecycle
Ability to obtain and hold Top Secret clearance
Key Requirements
B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or similar field
7+ years Systems Engineering Experience on UAS
Must hold an active US Secret security clearance
Experience with DO-178C, DO-254, and MIL-HDBK-516C standards
Proven track record leading developmental programs
