Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace/defense or complex industrial product leadership
  • Proven track record leading large cross-functional programs
  • Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of experience in gas turbine product development
  • Experience managing P&L, contracts, and complex supply chains
  • Demonstrated lean/continuous improvement leadership
  • Experience in defense acquisition, sustainment, or government/industry partnership
