Hilltop Park Post Acute is seeking a full-time Medication Aide to assist with administering medications to residents under the supervision of nursing staff. The position requires a licensed Medication Aide with strong communication skills and a commitment to following established nursing standards and facility policies

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document the oral and/or topical medications that are commonly used in this facility.
