Job Summary

  • The role involves supporting the fleet in-service repair of aircraft structures by justifying repair solutions from a Static Stress point of view.
  • Engineers will perform stress analyses on metallic and non-metallic parts using both classical hand calculations and computer techniques to satisfy airworthiness requirements.
  • This position offers the opportunity to work at Airbus' first dedicated engineering facility outside of Europe located on the Wichita State University innovation campus.
