The Banquet Captain will supervise and train all food & beverage servers, cashiers, and temp labor, also serving food and beverage when needed.
Responsibilities include inspecting function space prior to events, observing food service, and ensuring front and back of the house are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
This role requires the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, motivate staff, and exceed guest expectations while adhering to ASM Global policies.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years banquet service experience
Ability to work and lead independently
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass background check including credit history
