  • Responsibilities include inspecting function space prior to events, observing food service, and ensuring front and back of the house are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • This role requires the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, motivate staff, and exceed guest expectations while adhering to ASM Global policies.
