This role serves as the voice of the customer during production meetings and partners with Sales and Customer Success to grow relationships with Factory Direct and Enterprise accounts.
The manager is responsible for developing unconstrained unit forecasts for the S&OP process and driving team performance towards key metrics like Order Acknowledgement Cycle Time.
