Job Summary
You will have overall responsibility for ensuring all contractors and visitors to site are properly managed, in accordance with local procedures and that contractors work in accordance with their RAMS and all other policies and procedures that are applicable to their works.
Manage all required Isolations with suitable trained Authorised persons. Manage the sign in/out process. Conduct pre-start meetings with all contractors and sub-contractors.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Client and the IFM team and wider stakeholders. Assist the IM and FM with day-to-day supervision of the site IM team.
