Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Organize In Service education programs for staff, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to assure competency and new skills.
Provide direct resident/patient care, coordinate infection control surveillance, and supervise staff, including disciplinary measures.
