Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in sales distribution, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of trucking, transportation, and freight optimization
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and C-TPAT compliance
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
  • Manage union and non-union workforces is a plus
