Represents the Division/Service Area/City at meetings with the public, stakeholders and councillors and as technical specialist at meetings, hearings, court proceedings, grievances and arbitrations and other tribunals.

Key Requirements
Post-secondary education in a relevant professional discipline

Extensive experience in project and construction management
Ability to travel to various work locations
