Salary

Base: $88k + Super; Benefits: NFP salary packaging up to $15,900 + $2,650 meals & entertainment; Reimbursement: Kilometres reimbursed

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Background in local farming community
  • Certificate in Community Services
  • Open Drivers Licence with off-road vehicle access
  • Willingness to undergo criminal history check

Nice-to-have

  • Tertiary qualification in Mental Health field
  • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training ASIST
  • Previous experience in similar peer support role
  • Lifeline Telephone Counselling Course completion

Key Requirements

  • Certificate in Community Services or relevant qualifications
  • Training in Psychological First Aid (PFA)
  • Positive Blue Card
  • Access to an off-road vehicle
