Job Summary
Lead the facility’s infection control program as the primary advocate for resident and staff safety, ensuring adherence to aseptic technique and infectious disease management.
Plan, develop, and direct the infection control program, conduct surveillance, prepare reports, and lead staff education on infection prevention protocols.
Manage employee health programs including TB management and bloodborne pathogen standards, and serve as a key member of the Infection Control Committee.
