  • Lead the development and execution of the digital customer engagement strategy across assigned portfolio, embedding AI integration and advanced analytics into every step of the customer journey and commercial activity.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams, brand leads, medical affairs, analytics, and IT to translate strategic objectives into actionable digital initiatives, fostering seamless cross-functional alignment.
  • This permanent full-time hybrid role is based in Mississauga, with a flexible onsite arrangement (3 days per week in our Mississauga and Toronto offices).
