As a member of the US Data, CRM and Platform Technology team, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day project activities of highly technical projects under the data engineering, CRM technology, and BI technology organization

Job Summary

  • As a member of the US Data, CRM and Platform Technology team, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day project activities of highly technical projects under the data engineering, CRM technology, and BI technology organization.
  • This role will work closely with other tech PMs, engineering teams, and auditors to prepare business cases, and analyze and document complex data, and collect artifacts necessary for special projects and audit-related requirements.

  • 7+ years of technical project management experience
  • Experience in banking or financial services industry
  • Experience managing data-centric projects
  • Experience with Planview, ServiceNow, and JIRA
  • Experience with cross-portfolio projects in a matrix environment
  • Experience with SDLC
  • Experience collecting audit artifacts
