** Haywood Post Acute is seeking a remote Marketing Director to lead and implement marketing and public relations initiatives to enhance facility visibility and community engagement. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare marketing, with a strong emphasis on communication skills and policy adherence. **

Job Summary

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities in order to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices.
  • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning the residents, employees, and/or the facility in accordance with current Privacy Rules and Regulations.
  • Prepare a departmental operating budget for approval by the Administrator and allocate the resources to carry out programs and activities of the facility.
