Job Summary

  • This role is designed for a strategic builder, integrator, and intrapreneur—someone who will shape market positioning, drive portfolio competitiveness, and influence long‑term business success.
  • Lead the GPQSS Product & Solution Management team and its full portfolio (Grid‑eXpand, e‑STATCOM, STATCOM, SVC Light®, SFC Rail, BESS, Energy Hubs, Power Quality, digital add‑ons), ensuring lifecycle excellence and alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Embed a culture of safety, integrity, transparency, and collaborative leadership across all product management activities.
