Job Summary

• The Global Fee Consulting team is a global team responsible for supporting the growth of our business, through the effective management and implementation of fee policy across the full range of investment products offered by the Capital Group.
• Serves as the subject matter expert on global investment management fees: Educates clients and prospects, business management, sales and operational teams on fees, expenses and share classes.
• Conducts regular, extensive benchmarking to monitor the competitiveness of CG investment management fee and expense levels.

Base: $125,909-$201,454; Bonus/Equity: Individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus; Benefits: Company-funded retirement contribution (15% of eligible earnings), generous time-away and health benefits, 2-for-1 matching gifts
