The primary function of this role is processing the hourly payroll for the assigned location while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Employees will audit timekeeping systems weekly, reconcile missing punches with supervisors, and transmit signed files to corporate by strict deadlines.
The position requires partnering with corporate payroll partners to research issues, compile data for reports, and provide training to employees on payroll system usage.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Process hourly payroll entries weekly
Audit timekeeping system for missing punches
Create EIB upload files for corporate
Generate balancing reports before payroll upload
Resolve timekeeping issues with supervisors
Nice-to-have
Multi-lingual communication skills preferred
Strong customer-centric attitude required
Ability to work non-standard shifts
Experience with Kronos or eTime systems
Key Requirements
Minimum two years of payroll or accounting experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent education
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
