  • Employees must accurately document care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes while reporting all accidents, incidents, or changes in resident condition promptly.
  • The role requires the ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds while maintaining a calm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and coworkers.
