Candidates will drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure rapid development and successful deployment of unmanned aircraft systems.

Must-have
12+ years reliability engineering experience
FMEA/FMECA and Weibull analysis expertise
MIL-STD-810 and MIL-HDBK-217 standards knowledge
Unmanned aircraft systems design experience
Qualification test plan development and execution
Nice-to-have
DO-254 and DO-178 certification familiarity
Manufacturing Readiness Level assessment skills
HALT and ALT testing experience
Software/firmware HITL/SITL exposure
Technical writing for requirements and policies
Key Requirements
Minimum 12 years experience in Reliability or Design Engineering
B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering
