Key Requirements

  • 10+ years civil/geodetic engineering experience
  • 3-5 years large-scale infrastructure/bridge projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geodetic Engineering
  • Registered Professional Civil Engineer (PRC Licensed) and/or Geodetic Engineer
  • Proficient in GNSS, Total Stations, Digital Levels, survey software, AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of project schedules and budgets
