Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
  • 5 years related mechanical engineering experience
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks Creo or NX
  • Experience reviewing ASME standard drawings

Nice-to-have

  • Mentoring junior engineers and interns
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD standards
  • Experience with mission critical systems
  • Hands-on mentality for fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of MDA Core Standards

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or Master's/PhD with less experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
