Job Summary
The Business Unit Manager manages the activities of this medical device manufacturing to include oversight of production, labor relations and regulatory compliance.
Aligns all departments to achieve business goals; directly contributes to the development of business and/or functional strategies.
Develop and sustain a culture of waste reduction and, in conjunction with the above and first pass rolled throughput yield remediation, effect an ongoing and sustained improvement in product and process quality.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline
15 years of Operations experience
3 years of direct production management experience
Regulated industry with handling of Labour Union
Proven, first-hand experience in effectively utilizing control charts
Practical, first-hand experience in successfully applying Lean tools
