Job Summary
Plan, support and solve customer issues by providing guidelines and solutions through onsite service, e-mail, line application or phone call for both RoA overseas and Thailand local customers.
Manage and plan resources for internal technical service team and external authorized service providers to resolve complaints and issues ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
Arrange and deliver product and technical training for customers and authorized service providers while actively creating and updating knowledge databases and best practices.
