  • Plan, support and solve customer issues by providing guidelines and solutions through onsite service, e-mail, line application or phone call for both RoA overseas and Thailand local customers.
  • Manage and plan resources for internal technical service team and external authorized service providers to resolve complaints and issues ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange and deliver product and technical training for customers and authorized service providers while actively creating and updating knowledge databases and best practices.
