Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's Degree in Nursing or PA Studies
Nationally certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
State licensure as NP or PA
Ability to work variable shifts including nights and weekends
Nice-to-have
Experience with bone marrow aspirations and biopsies
Willingness to serve as clinical preceptor
Strong moral and ethical behavior standards
Commitment to excellent patient care
Participation in quality monitoring and research
Key Requirements
