Justmarkets is seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop a loyalty and retention ecosystem aimed at maximizing trader Lifetime Value (LTV) and reducing churn. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in product management, particularly in loyalty programs, and possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Job Summary

  • Shape and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Loyalty & Retention domain, designing the logic for bonuses, rebate systems, and VIP programs.
  • Conduct regular CustDev interviews with traders to uncover their true motivators and barriers, and collaborate with the Data Science team to build churn prediction models and personalize promotional offers.
