The position requires hands-on experience with Gainsight and a strong understanding of customer success operations within a SaaS environment

Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for architecting, optimizing, and scaling Gainsight to drive retention, expansion, and data-driven customer lifecycle management.
  • Serve as primary administrator and system owner for Gainsight Design and maintain health score frameworks, CTAs, playbooks, and lifecycle stages.
  • Work in a collaborative, global team environment with opportunities for growth and internal mobility.
