Job Summary

  • This remote role requires proven leadership, effective management of direct reports, and experience in administering, auditing, analyzing and evaluating system-wide clinical compensation pay practices for physicians.
  • Serves as a liaison between operations management, physician leadership, physicians, accounting, and financial services for system physician compensation projects, data analysis, accrual, budgeting, and corporate compliance.
