Job Summary
As an Operations Analysis Intern, you will be part of KONE's Remote Monitoring and Support team, seeing how IoT and data analytics are used to maintain global infrastructure.
You will assist Engineers in identifying elevator faults remotely from our Global Operations Centre, ensuring smooth performance for KONE's customers worldwide.
Participate in cross-functional collaboration to learn how new solutions are created for process improvement and ensure all tasks are carried out in line with clearly defined procedures.
