  • Extensive experience in MongoDB engineering within large-scale, regulated banking or financial services environments, typically with 10+ years of relevant technology experience
  • Proven capability delivering Change-the-Bank (CTB) initiatives including legacy modernization, Oracle-to-MongoDB migrations, cloud and platform transformations, and NoSQL re-architecture programmer
  • Strong Run-the-Bank (RTB) experience supporting mission-critical applications, including performance tuning, production stability, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and resilience improvements
