The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects to implement an active global compliance monitoring process and collaborate with Controllership India Shared Services.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years experience in multinational environment
Experience managing statutory accounts and tax filings
Strong knowledge of SOX compliance programs
Proficiency with major ERP systems
Nice-to-have
ACA certification preferred
Fluency in additional European languages
Experience with M&A integrations
Ability to work in fast-paced growth environment
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance
Minimum 5+ years relevant experience at similar level
ACA certification preferred
Experience in publicly traded company or audit firm
