Job Summary

  • This position provides comprehensive support for facilities management operations with responsibility for people management including vendor oversight, client/stakeholder relations, financial and commercial management, and site operations management.
  • You will assist the Post Facilities Manager in delivering excellent customer service while managing multiple vendors to deliver soft services on time and within budget.
  • This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations and client expectations while maintaining Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets through effective team leadership and operational excellence.
