Base: 110,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) with matching, comprehensive medical, dental & vision, paid parental leave, paid time off and holidays

financial statement preparation
variance analysis and reporting
pipeline reporting and transaction tracking
accounts receivable and payable oversight
strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
collaboration with leasing leadership

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4-5 years relevant financial experience
experience as Accountant or financial analyst
knowledge of accounting principles
