Job Summary

  • Assistant Site Manager is responsible in supporting the Site Manager for managing and supervising the operations staff which include shift supervisors, operators for one of the BHIG facilities.
  • Provide & maintain a safe work environment and ensure all Environmental Regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develop, train, and promote top performing operation personnel who achieve success through teams, customer and employee focused, foster open communication, performance driven, and results oriented.

Key Requirements
