The Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics Center operates as the first point of contact for diagnosing and resolving issues across Fluence's worldwide Battery Energy Storage Systems fleet.
This role ensures 24/7/365 operational availability by managing incidents, coordinating timely maintenance, and performing proactive monitoring and diagnostics remotely.
Candidates will work in a global critical response team supporting assets across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions with a focus on safety, reliability, and cost-effective performance.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ubuntu Server administration experience
RHCSA certification required
HP ProLiant server hardware knowledge
RAID configuration expertise
NFS server and client setup
Linux patch management skills
LDAP integration and maintenance
Nice-to-have
RHCE certification in progress or held
CCNA networking certification preferred
Strong documentation and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure
Team player with good communication
Experience with incident management systems
Willingness to work rotational shifts
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Licensed Electrician
Minimum 2-3 years experience in remote O&M or technical support
RHCSA certification (Required)
Experience with BMS, PCS, HVAC, and SCADA protocols
Willingness to work rotational night shifts and weekends
