Job Summary

  • WHNT 19 / WHDF CW15 is searching for a dynamic BROADCAST ENGINEERING INTERN who wants to work closely with IT and engineering staff to maintain broadcast systems, identify problems, assist in resolving rapidly to maintain highest levels of transmission reliability for the station.
  • Participate in installation, testing, commissioning of new services and software: troubleshoot TVU live packs and live capabilities (Starlink and SAT trucks).
  • The successful candidate must have a willingness to learn the inner workings of a local newsroom and how all departments in a TV station work to support each other.
