  • Implement Sales / Direct Sale plans and processes to maximize sales opportunity through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
  • Track and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Galderma managers.

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years of practical experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the same company
  • Retail channel sales experience (drugstore chains)
  • Experience developing future business plans
  • Ability to drive change flexibly
  • Valid driver's license and daily driving capability
