Job Summary
The Department of Residential Facilities is responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping services for the College Park Campus' 70+ residence halls, Greek chapter houses, and recreational facilities encompassing over 2.7 million square feet.
The Plumbing Specialist position performs specialty and/or complex plumbing and pipe-fitting work at the journey level, including inspections, maintenance, repair and some installation of piping systems.
This position is eligible to work a flexible schedule of five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, with some evening and weekend work potentially required.
