Job Summary

• We are looking for dynamic Principal Product Managers to own the delivery of AI-powered agents within Workday, either building customer-facing agents or infrastructure and frameworks for application teams.
• You will be responsible for working at high velocity to experiment, innovate, develop, iterate and scale AI agents, collaborating closely with domain-specific Product Managers to maximize the impact of our technology.
• This role requires a unique combination of execution speed, inspiration and a deep curiosity about emerging AI techniques, playing a key role in shaping our approach to AI agents to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive real business value.

Base: $162,800 CAD - $244,200 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
