Job Summary
Performs work of moderate to complex nutrition case management of medically high risk individuals including physician prescribed dietary and nutrition regimens and intensive counseling (Medical Nutrition Therapy/MNT).
Assesses basic and/or MNT nutrition status of individuals and develops a basic and/or MNT nutrition plan appropriate for each client or client group according to programmatic criteria.
Obtains National Provider Identification (NPI) number for reimbursement for MNT services.
