Job Summary
Assists the Physical Therapist with resident-related activities and provides direct resident care in accordance with physician orders, treatment plans, and regulatory guidelines.
Completes timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with facility, regulatory, and payer requirements.
Educates residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, safety techniques, and fall prevention strategies.
