  • You will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the facility’s programs and activities in accordance with guidelines issued by the governing board.
  • This role involves active involvement in resolving HR issues, risk management, contract negotiations, and developing creative ideas to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover.
