Job Summary

  • Service Operations Excellence Specialist supports Service Operations Excellence Manager and Service operations management in the frontline to implement, ensure compliance and maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and the supporting systems.
  • Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations according to agreed focus areas, identifying and proposing concrete improvement actions, and supporting target setting and follow-up.
