Salary
Base: $111,000.00 - $156,750.00; Bonus: Non-sales positions eligible for bonus program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match up to 6%, tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years progressive engineering experience
5+ years leadership in multi-site operations
Deep knowledge of MEPF and electrical systems
Experience managing global capital projects
Strong vendor negotiation and contract management
Nice-to-have
Culturally aware with international team experience
Proficiency with CMMS and AutoCAD tools
Commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency
Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate/Technical degree required
Minimum 8 years engineering experience with 5 years in leadership
PE license or PMP certification (preferred)
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
