Job Summary

  • We’re looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to our team here at Chubb, to work on Hinkley Point C and other projects.
  • This is a hybrid opportunity and a key hire for us and as such we’re looking for a QS from a M&E or Civils background.

Salary

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • NEC3 Option C ECC Contract
  • Contract & Commercial Management
  • Project Accounting & Cost Management
  • Quantifying works and interpreting drawings
  • Experience administering client contracts
  • Experience administering subcontractor contracts

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on approach and commitment to best practice
  • Proven ability to influence and manage
  • Collaborative work with Project Manager

Key Requirements

  • RICS-accredited degree
  • Working knowledge of NEC3 suite
  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions
  • Experience in cost reporting, forecasting, and risk management
