The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high-quality care.
The role includes administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires active participation in training programs, quality assurance, infection control, and maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
