  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high-quality care.
  • The role includes administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
  • The position requires active participation in training programs, quality assurance, infection control, and maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
