Job Summary

  • Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product.
  • Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients.
  • Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 years), or foreign equivalent
  • 4 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience
  • 4 years of experience in Digitization of client engagement procedures
  • 4 years of experience in Conceptualization, design and implementation of process re-engineering for digitization
  • 4 years of experience in Managing different areas of commercial banking portals including KYC and onboarding solutions
  • 4 years of experience in Project planning and delivery management
  • 4 years of experience in Leading compliance with onboarding policies and procedures
  • 4 years of experience in Design and implementation of client onboarding workflow and digital solutions
  • 4 years of experience in JIRA, Confluence, FIGMA
  • 4 years of experience in UI/UX development and enhancement
  • 4 years of experience in Product piloting and transition to commercialization
  • Up to 5% international and domestic travel required
