Oversee contractors during construction, testing, and commissioning, resolving site issues swiftly while enforcing safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
10+ years total experience
Minimum 5 years in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical MEP projects
Proven track record in expansion, cleanroom mechanical systems, and utility distribution
Hands-on experience with construction oversight, commissioning, system validation, and contractor management
Familiarity with ASHRAE, SEMI, ISO cleanroom classifications, and local regulatory codes
Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM and project management tools
