6+ years SCCM/MECM administration experience
Regulated GxP environment management
In-place upgrades and patching in controlled environments
SOP and KB documentation for compliance
ServiceNow change control workflow usage
Nice-to-have
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience with co-managed SCCM and Intune
Knowledge of GAMP 5 validation principles
Proactive approach to process improvement
Familiarity with JAMF Pro for cross-platform compliance
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science (Preferred)
Microsoft Endpoint Manager certification (Preferred)
US Person status required due to export controls
