Job Summary

  • The Navigator will be responsible for participating in all training activities required by the ACA, HHS, and the State of Louisiana.

Key Requirements

  • 30-hour HHS Certification
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Experience working with large groups
  • Experience with Consumer Health Insurance enrollment preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in building community and consumer relationships
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Salesforce
  • Reliable transportation, current license and auto insurance
  • Non-traditional work hours including weekends
